These 4K resolution security cameras contain 4× the amount of pixels as a 1080p security camera. Instead of recording at a pixel ratio of 1920 × 1080 (a total of 2,073,600 pixels), your 4K cameras can record at a pixel ratio of 3840 × 2160 (a total of 8,294,400 pixels). This higher amount of pixels allows for much better digital zooms. This means that when you spot something in your footage that you need to zoom in on, specific details, such as facial features, will remain visible for longer as you zoom in further and further into the image.
Person and vehicle smart motion detection
This system supports general motion detection from all cameras and will send push notification to your Lorex Cloud app. However, the E861AB bullet cameras come with advanced person and vehicle detection that helps identify more important objects that enter the camera's field of view. Thanks to this innovative feature, you will only get a push notification to your Lorex Cloud app whenever a person or vehicle is detected by the E861AB bullet cameras on your property which effectively reduces the number of unwanted false alerts caused by moving branches or animals. All recorded motion alerts can easily be reviewed by using the Smart Search function in the Lorex Cloud mobile app.

Enhanced security monitoring with HDR
Your security cameras use an HDR (High Dynamic Range) feature that uses the difference between the brightest point and the darkest point of the video to automatically adjust the picture's brightness. This results in optimized, highly-detailed security video in all sections of the frame.
4× optical zoom security camera
The LNE8964AB nocturnal IP dome security cameras include a unique zoom lens, otherwise known as a motorized varifocal lens, that enables remote customization of your viewing area (and focus). Focus on a small area in astonishing detail thanks to the 4× optical zoom or survey a larger scene for maximum coverage. These adjustments can be easily made with your N881 NVR or through the Lorex Cloud app.
Say goodbye to grainy nighttime video for good. These security cameras are equipped with powerful LED bulbs that emit infrared light in the camera's field of view. Invisible to the naked eye, but not to the camera, this infrared lighting will allow your security camera to see in complete darkness.
For an added level of nighttime protection, these security cameras can also capture color footage, thanks to our state-of-the art Color Night Vision (CNV) technology. CNV brings extra details to light, such as the color of a car, a person's clothes, and also provides better contrast for enhanced detection.
Real-time 30FPS recording rate
Choose to record 4K resolution at 15 frames-per-second (FPS) or record at a real-time 30 FPS rate at 2K (3MP) resolution. Recording at 30 FPS will provide you with exceptionally smooth on-screen movement and provide you with more frames to choose from when reviewing footage.
HEVC / H.265 compression
The security cameras and the NVR in this bundle come equipped with HEVC (High Efficiency Video Coding), otherwise known as H.265, video compression capabilities. Thanks to this improved compression, HEVC delivers significantly better video quality with similar file sizes as H.264. This means that HEVC will keep the 4K video quality, but save you plenty of storage space and allow you to record for longer periods. It will also let you watch the highest quality security footage while you are away from your home or business without large data transfers.
Expanded coverage with built in microphone
A built-in microphone will add a whole new level of security monitoring.* This feature of the LNE8964AB dome camera can provide you with more information (such as voices) should an incident ever occur. It will also help provide more insight into key events, even if they occur off-screen.

PoE plug-and-play installation
This 4K security camera system will be up and running in no time thanks to Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) technology. All that is required to connect each of your security cameras to your NVR is a single Cat5e ethernet cable run. This cable provides both power and video transmission up to 300 feet / 91m.
How do I use all 32 channels on my NVR?
Your NVR supports up to 32 security cameras. Out of the box you can directly connect 16 cameras to the back of the NVR, and accommodate sixteen more using the included PoE switch.
Weatherproof & cold climate capable
Although the E861AB and LNE8964AB cameras are suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation, their IP67 weatherproof rating and aluminum casing means it can withstand pretty much anything, such as heavy snowfalls, rain or wind.

Built from a solid unibody metal housing, your cameras allow for durability while still maintaining a lightweight design. This also makes them strong enough to withstand large impacts unlike conventional plastic security cameras.
Area Search
Find what you are looking for quickly with Lorex's Area Search. Select an area of interest to easily playback any video footage showing scene changes in that area or filter by specific motion events to view only the type of motion (ie. Person/Vehicle) that you are interested in viewing. Ideal for doorways, drive ways, etc.
Reliable security-grade hard drive preinstalled
A 8TB7 security grade hard drives (expandable up to 2 × 10TB) comes preinstalled within this NVR. Designed to meet the high workload demands of continuous security monitoring, this heavy-duty hard drive can reliably record weeks (even months) of footage without taking a break. All recorded footage is then safely stored on the hard drive where only you can access it, so there are no surprise fees or monthly cloud subscriptions.
Two storage bays
This NVR comes with two separate hard drive bays. Each of which can be upgraded with a hard drive up to 10TB, giving you the potential for a total of 20TB's of storage space. You can also use the second hard drive to record videos in parallel with the primary hard drive. This way, the footage is automatically backed up if the recording hard drive fails
Receive automatic firmware updates
The NVR included in this security system is designed to automatically update its firmware without you having to push a button. This ensures that your NVR will always be up-to-date. Just make sure your NVR is connected to the internet.
